Retrieve a paginated and filterable list of all orders associated with the authenticated patient's account.

This endpoint supports filters to locate patients by name, email, and provider using query parameters.

Filter customers assigned to a specific Provider ID.

Filter customers by their first name.

Filter customers by their last name.

Filter customers by their email address.

Filter customers by a two-letter province or state code (e.g., ON, CA).
